“Warren Wheatley is the Founder and CEO of Africa Bitcoin Corporation (ABC), Africa’s first listed Bitcoin Treasury company. A Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Warren has built a career at the intersection of finance, investment, and entrepreneurship.

He began his professional journey at Alexander Forbes before moving into investment banking at ABSA Capital, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth families on structured finance and asset management. In 2013, Warren co-founded Lebashe Investment Group and later established Altvest Capital, which has since evolved into ABC.

Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Warren serves as Chair of the Investment Committee of the Telkom Retirement Fund. He has extensive experience advising and managing institutional capital and remains a recognized voice on alternative investments, SME funding, and the role of Bitcoin in strengthening financial ecosystems.”
