Fees
Each (physical) delegate ticket includes one delegate place at the conference, refreshments, lunch (offered on whole conference days only) and any relevant documentation. No delegate will be able to gain admittance to the conference unless payment of the fee has been received. Delegates are required to pay any VAT or other indirect tax which is applicable to the country that the conference is being held in. Earlier registration is encouraged through the use of a tiered fee schedule which increases as an event comes closer. If registration rates are not paid in full before the next rate increase date, a fee increase to the next tier will be applied and you will be invoiced for this increased amount.
Within 48 hours of receipt of your registration and payment, you should be issued with a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within this time frame, please contact the registration office.
Non-paying delegates are those delegates who are nominated by sponsors, are invited speakers, media persons or other persons identified by Africa Events Limited at its discretion.
