Victoria Sabula 2025 Speaker

Victoria Sabula is the CEO of the AECF. Since 2019, she has led in driving AECF’s mission to empower Africa through resilient market systems. With rural Kenyan origins, she prioritizes utilizing market dynamics to uplift underserved African communities. Under her leadership, AECF has broadened its focus to offer financing, advisory, investment, and knowledge services to support 500+ African SMEs and improve 10 million rural lives by 2026. Previously, as General Counsel at AGRA and KCB Bank Group, she mastered legal advisory, finance structuring, and governance. Her influence spans boards including Campaign for Female Education (CAMFED), Convergence Finance, and Science for Africa Foundation. She’s also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on New Agenda for Fragility and Resilience. Holding a Bachelor of Laws Degree and an MBA, Victoria’s visionary leadership continues to drive transformative change at AECF and across Africa.
