Sihle is a Partner and Executive Director at Sanari Capital, a private equity firm investing in growth companies in South Africa and the rest of the continent, with specialisation in founder-run, owner managed and family-owned businesses. Sihle has over 17 years of financial services experience including investment banking, private equity and financial consulting. Prior to joining Sanari, Sihle spent almost 2 years as an independent business consultant assisting businesses with financial strategies and fundraising readiness. Sihle spent 6 years at Convergence Partners focusing on new project development, deal execution and post investment monitoring. Prior to Convergence Partners Sihle worked at Investec Bank’s Corporate Finance division. She is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
