Shamin is the Managing Director of Perigeum Capital since July 2016, and currently oversees the listing & capital markets, corporate finance advisory and Deal Sourcing departments of the firm. He brings over 30 years of experience, spanning across various fields including auditing, taxation, management, consultancy services, global business and financial restructuring. He previously held finance directorship positions in the textile and beverage industries for almost 10 years prior to acting as Head of Listing at the SEM for 11 years.
