“Nyangu Florence Mkalipi is a seasoned banking professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in sales, relationship management, and strategic customer engagement. Her career spans across corporate, commercial, SME, and retail banking segments, equipping her with a diverse skill set and deep understanding of client needs across various sectors.

She has held senior roles in leading financial institutions, including Zanaco’s Treasury & Investment Management Department, Financial Markets at Standard Chartered Bank Zambia Plc, and Global Markets at Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited, where she began her career as a Graduate Management Trainee.
Nyangu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Business degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Law. She is a registered member of the Capital Markets Association of Zambia and a licensed Dealer Representative under the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). Her professional credentials also include a Certificate in Investments and Securities from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI), the ACI Financial Markets Dealing Certificate, and certification as an SME Expert from the Frankfurt School of Business.

In her current role, Nyangu leads Zanaco’s SME Banking division, driving innovation and market leadership in delivering tailored financial solutions to Zambia’s vibrant Small and Medium-sized Enterprise sector. She is passionate about promoting financial literacy and capacity building, positioning Zanaco as the SME bank of choice.”
