Kwabena Appenteng is a Director at Verdant Capital, based in the firm’s Accra office, where he leads strategic investment banking initiatives across West Africa. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has drawn on over a decade of experience in the international financial institution space, with a focus on policy, direct investment, and development finance to accelerate private sector growth across the continent. In addition to his development finance background, Kwabena brings hands-on private sector experience in commodity trading and travel, lending him a well-rounded commercial perspective.
