Kennedy Mmasi is the Investment Facility Manager of the Tanzania Investment Growth Facility (TIGF), jointly hosted by ESRF and UNDP Tanzania. He leads efforts to strengthen project preparation, mobilize blended finance, and connect Tanzania’s investment-ready opportunities with global investors. With over seven years’ experience in sustainable finance and investment policy, Kennedy has worked with the UNDP Financial Centres for Sustainability (FC4S) network and convened investors at platforms such as Building Bridges and the Liechtenstein Blended Finance Forum. At AFSIC 2025, he is spearheading Tanzania’s debut Country Investment Pavilion.
