“Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BOAD TITRISATION, Mr. Jean-Philippe AITHNARD has more than 25 years of experience in the field of finance. He began his career in 1997 in a securities advisory firm as a financial analyst in derivatives and later assumed responsibility as a portfolio manager. During his career, he has been involved in the structuring, arrangement and management of various structured products, as well as credit risk management for various institutions, including Laurentian Bank of Canada and National Bank of Canada.

Mr. AITHNARD holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal, a master’s degree in financial engineering from HEC Montréal and is also a CFA charter holder.”
