Eric Wanyama is a seasoned development finance and investment professional having spent close to 15 years working in micro and SME finance advisory and investment. He is well versed on such issues as sustainable banking and climate finance, rural and agriculture finance, MSME development and finance, among others. His experience spans Africa, Asia and eastern Europe as well as multiple sectors including renewable energy, agriculture and financial services. He’s currently a senior investment officer at BlueOrchard’s Nairobi office where he originates, structures and underwrites corporates and financial institution private debt transactions on the continent.
