Emmanuel Haye is currently Deputy Head of PROPARCO’s Financial Institutions and Inclusion Department, more specifically in charge of Africa. Based in Paris, he works closely with a network of 7 Proparco Representative Offices located in the region.
Emmanuel joined AFD Group 20 years ago. He was posted in Africa for 15 years, holding various positions within AFD/ PROPARCO’s field offices network. Emmanuel holds a master’s degree from EDHEC School of Management, France.
