Speaker Submission Notes:

• By submitting, you agree that if selected as a speaker, AFSIC may use your provided information (e.g. job title, company name) and any recorded video or image content in marketing materials, social media, and affiliated websites.
• Some onsite content may be live streamed via our event platform.
• Only one speaker submission per unique email address is allowed.
• Use the speaker’s own email address for the submission.
• Before completing the form, have a .jpg or .png headshot ready to upload — this is required.
• The headshot must be square (1:1 aspect ratio), good quality, and no larger than 1MB.
