By submitting, you agree that if selected as a speaker, AFSIC may use your provided information (e.g. job title, company name) and any recorded video or image content in marketing materials, social media, and affiliated websites.
Some onsite content may be live streamed via our event platform.
Only one speaker submission per unique email address is allowed.
Use the speaker’s own email address for the submission.
Before completing the form, have a .jpg or .png headshot ready to upload — this is required.
The headshot must be square (1:1 aspect ratio), good quality, and no larger than 1MB.
