“Ms. Virginie Quatre has a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of London with Academic direction from the globally renowned London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Ms. Quatre is currently the Director for the Capital Markets & Collective Investment Schemes Supervision Section at the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The Section is responsible for the regulation of entities licensed under the Securities Act, 2007 and the Mutual Fund & Hedge Fund Act, 2008.”
