Ryan Kitcat is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice at Bowmans.
Ryan specialises in public and private M&A. He has advised JSE-listed and multinational clients on a variety of local and cross-border transactions. He has worked in particular in the energy & natural resources, education, mining, insurance, hospitality, private security, and telecoms sectors. His expertise extends to corporate governance, distressed M&A, empowerment and local content, reorganisations, shareholder activism and takeovers.
