Biography

Rt Hon Baroness Lindsay Northover MA PhD is the Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Angola and Zambia. She was Minister for Africa in the Department for International Development, 2014-5. She has served in a number of other Government Departments, including Health, Justice, Education, DEFRA and DECC. She is an invited Honorary Professor in the Institute of Global Health Innovation, Imperial College London, and a Wilton Park Advisory Council Member.
