Pierre graduated in France from IEP Paris and started his career at EY Paris. He subsequently returned to Mauritius to start the local office of a South African investment bank, in 1999. He has been an active participant in the M&A industry since that date, eventually starting his own firm in 2004.

Pierre d’Unienville has advised on local and cross-border transactions in a wide spectrum of industries, which encompasses most sectors of the local economy: sugar, hospitality & leisure, banking, and waste management among others. His firm has also pursued a program of investing in and turning around distressed businesses.

Pierre brings his entrepreneurial background, contacts and deal-making savvy to KICK, which he co-founded.
