Biography

Nell Lemaistre is the Director of Organizational Development at Chancen International, where she focuses on enabling scale through three core pillars: People & Culture, Processes & Systems, and Communication. Prior to joining Chancen, she built and led a new £50m global impact accelerator programme for the London School of Economics (100x), aimed at scaling the impact of international NGOs. Her background prior to this is in strategy consulting, venture building and enabling partnerships between startups and large scale corporates/foundations to reach new markets.
