Biography

Laurent has 20+ years of investment banking experience in developing and emerging countries, dealing with private equity investments, loans to intermediary financial institutions, corporate and project finance transactions. He is presently heading the Capital Markets Group of FINCA Impact Finance, a network of 20 microfinance institutions and banks providing responsible financial services to low-income entrepreneurs and small business owners. He previously occupied different positions, including head of Private Equity division, in one of the leading European development finance institution.
