He joined the Bank on 1^st November 1999 from Citibank. He has also worked as Director of Marketing and Research, Marketing Manager, Project Manager Smart Card, Manager Institutional Customers. He has also worked with Citibank as Relationship Officer and Head of Customer Service.

John holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in International Business Administration both from the United States International University of Africa, Nairobi.
