Biography

Jesse Corradi is Head of Africa and Product Innovation at USAID’s Development Credit Authority (DCA). As such, Jesse leads DCA’s Africa regional team, which mobilizes private capital for underserved markets across Sub-Saharan Africa by underwriting partial-credit guarantees, and DCA’s product innovation and fintech strategies. Previously, Jesse held positions in public service, impact investing, and finance at Closed Loop Partners, the U.S. Department of Energy, Tower Research Capital, Neuberger Berman, and Lehman Brothers. He served as a Presidential Management Fellow from 2015-2017 and a Fulbright Fellow in Hong Kong from 2009-2010. Jesse earned a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with honors from Amherst College.
