Biography

Heather is Director of Investments in DFC’s Office of Small Business and Financial Services, focusing on debt and credit guarantee origination with commercial banks, debt funds, NBFIs, microfinance, and fintech, primarily in the West Africa region. Prior to this role, she worked at a start-up agribusiness fund investing in West Africa and Central Asia, and designed strategies for technical assistance to support financial sector development in markets globally. Heather holds a Master’s in International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
