Biography

Guillaume Carta is an Investment Director within GuarantCo’s Global Investment Team and is based in the London office. He initially joined GuarantCo as a Restructuring Director responsible for stressed assets’ management and strategy.

Prior to joining GuarantCo in 2021, Guillaume was a Senior Director within the Infrastructure & Asset Finance group at FMS Wertmanagement in London and Dublin where he was managing and de-risking a portfolio of infrastructure, energy and project finance assets.

Guillaume started his career in Paris at Thales where he worked in the Export and Structured Finance department to cover Africa and Asia clients before joining Royal Bank of Scotland to work in its Infrastructure and Project Finance team.
Guillaume holds a diploma in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon
