Biography

Colm is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with over 20 years’ experience in various finance roles.

Colm is the Finance Director at Tlou Energy Limited, a listed entity focused on gas-to-power development in Botswana. Colm has been with the company since 2009 and has played a vital role in the project operations and development to date.

Colm studied accountancy at the Atlantic Technological University in Ireland and has worked in Ireland and Australia in a range of roles including audit and business services, as well as providing financial and management accounting services to clients in various industries including power generation in Australia.

Colm has a wide range of experience across finance, capital raising, IPO’s, investor relations, corporate reporting, public relations and presentations, company secretarial and staff management.
