Biography

Claudia is a senior professional in financial inclusion and an independent consultant. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of FPM ASBL and as the Chair of the Board of Directors of FPM SA, two vehicles providing technical assistance and refinancing to financial institutions serving MSMEs in DR Congo (www.fpm.cd). Earlier in her career, Claudia successfully managed deposit and credit sides of microfinance businesses, including product development and implementation. She has a proven track record in managing projects, including identifying and building up partnerships, designing processes and monitoring and evaluation systems, and implementing and managing complex projects with multi-stakeholder approaches. Claudia is fluent at working level in four languages and has regional long and short term working experience in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
