Biography

Christina is the investment lead at Cadmus (formerly Nathan Associates), with more than twelve years’ experience specialising in economic growth, finance and investment, access to finance, private sector development, market systems development and SME support in frontier markets in Africa and Asia. In her role she is responsible for Cadmus’ portfolio of investment projects starting from pipeline development, leading the proposal process and managing implementation.

Christina is also the Investment Lead of the £27mn FCDO funded Invest Salone project in Sierra Leone. In her role she leads on the implementation of all investment-related activities, working closely with investors to unlock investment in developing countries. She is leading on the design of innovative financial instruments, including blended finance, impact bonds and SME working capital facilities, as well as investor outreach and origination support, creating linkages with investable firms, including upstream development and provision of investment readiness technical assistance.
