Biography

Ololade Adesola (MSc, FMA, MNIM) is the founder and pioneer Managing Consultant of L.A. Consult Limited. A firm that specializes in providing bespoke and effective Financing, Business Transformation, Strategic Positioning and Executive Training Solutions to Clients.
L.A. Consult is also the Country Representative of the UK Microfinance Association in Nigeria.

Before establishing LA Consult, Ololade worked in Banking; growing and profitably managing Assets well over US $150m and winning Performance Awards in virtually every aspect of Banking, Management and Leadership.

Her work in L.A. Consult has seen her deliver Presentations for the African Development Bank and the NEPAD Agency of the African Union Commission.

Her role as Country Representative of the UK Microfinance Association led her to the discovery of the several untapped yet Highly Profitable Financial Investments within the Microfinance Subsector; which she is working with partners to harness.
Ololade who holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance.
