Terry ANTOINETTE is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) with over 16 years’ experience in corporate management, accounting, and tax, he lives in UAE since 2012. His experience working in the jurisdiction, including in DIFC and ADGM, and extensive knowledge of UAE structures and of local regulations including VAT and Economic Substance Regulations are assets to DTOS Group. Prior to moving to the United Arab Emirates in 2012, Terry managed the financial reporting for a large portfolio of clients which included multinationals and closed-ended funds based in Mauritius.
