“Puneet Gupta is the Co-founder of Kaleidofin Private Limited, a fintech company focused on making formal financial services accessible to everyone, especially underserved and digitally-excluded customers. At Kaleidofin, Puneet drives initiatives that combine technology and field outreach to deliver goal-based, curated financial solutions to those who are “never used a mobile or new to mobile.” The company partners with leading fund houses, banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies, using a hybrid “bricks and clicks” model to reach customers effectively and at scale.

In addition, Puneet serves as Managing Director of Kaleidofin Capital Private Limited (KCPL), where he leads efforts to harness finance as a driving force for informal sector enterprises, creating opportunities for inclusive growth.

Before founding Kaleidofin, Puneet was part of the team that established the IFMR Trust Group (now Dvara Trust) and Northern Arc Capital, taking on multiple operational and governance roles, including Group CFO of Dvara. He also serves on the Investment Committee of the Incubation Cell at IIT Madras.

Puneet began his career at ICICI Bank, where he worked for seven years in various roles, including coordinating the microfinance practice. He holds a commerce degree and a Master’s in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, reflecting his long-standing focus on financial inclusion and rural development.”
