“Omolayo Nkem Oyudo is a strategist and international development professional with deep expertise in diaspora engagement, investment, and entrepreneurship. As Director of Programs and Operations at the African Diaspora Network (ADN), she leads the organization’s day-to-day operations and strategy implementation—overseeing a dynamic portfolio of initiatives that connect African and diaspora innovators with the networks, resources, and capital needed to scale impact. Her work includes leadership of flagship efforts like Builders of Africa’s Future, which supports high-potential enterprises across the continent.
Omolayo brings a global, cross-sector lens to ecosystem-building efforts, informed by prior experience as a Research Manager and Gender Specialist at DMA Global, where she led studies on diaspora investment trends and financial inclusion for clients including the World Bank and the International Organization for Migration. She holds an MSc with Distinction in Migration, Mobility, and Development from SOAS, University of London.
Her work bridges policy, philanthropy, and enterprise development—combining strong facilitation skills with deep subject matter knowledge in diaspora finance, inclusive entrepreneurship, gender-responsive programming, and investment ecosystem strengthening.
