“Ismaël Adam Cissé is an Ivorian-French-Canadian entrepreneur and investment banker, recognized for his contribution to transforming the African financial sector. From 2014 to 2024, he served as CEO of Sirius Capital, an investment bank specializing in structured finance, asset management, and investment advisory. Under his leadership, Sirius Capital became a key player in West Africa, mobilizing over 3 trillion CFA francs for large-scale projects. In 2025, after a decade at the helm of Sirius, he founded Infinity Africa Group, an innovative holding company dedicated to strategic financing and supporting projects in key sectors of African development, including finance, technology, real estate, and renewable energy.

A graduate of HEC Montréal with further specializations from McGill University, Paris-Dauphine, and Harvard Business School, Cissé began his career at prestigious financial institutions such as State Street and PwC Consulting. In 2024, he was named Best Private Entrepreneur, and in 2019, he was honored as CEO of the Year for his pivotal role at Sirius Capital.
