Abdelaziz Abdel Nabi A dynamic serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the financial industry across Egypt and the MENA region, with two successful exits to his name. Mr. Abdel Nabi began his entrepreneurial journey at 16 in Egypt’s entertainment sector and later co-founded a thriving hospitality business, traveling extensively to explore global cultures. He transitioned into finance early in his career, joining HC Investment and later advancing at Beltone Holding, where he spearheaded business expansion across key markets, including Dubai, Riyadh, London, and New York. In 2011, amid the Arab Spring, he acquired Delta Financial Investments and successfully exited to Arabia Investments Holding in 2012. By 2013, he co-founded Catalyst Partners Holding (www.catalystpartners.me), a merchant bank that executed $300M+ in debt and $1B+ in equity capital market transactions, solidifying his reputation as a strategic dealmaker. In 2022, Mr. Abdel Nabi launched Catalyst Capital Egypt, the first impact investing fund in Egypt and the Middle East, in partnership with UNDP, to advance Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In late 2023, he founded Qardy (www.eqardy.com), Egypt’s first online lending marketplace, connecting financial institutions with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In the fourth quarter of 2024, he launched the region’s first private Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), further showcasing his innovative approach to financial services.  Beyond business, Mr. Abdel Nabi chairs the Policy Advocacy Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and serves on several boards and executive committees across the MENA region.
