Biography

Monica Maduekwe has over 7 years of experience promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency markets in West Africa. She has an extensive knowledge of the energy landscape, particularly as it concerns investment, which she gained through her work as a Resource Mobilisation Specialist and Renewable Energy Programme Officer at the Economic Community of West African States Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE). At ECREEE, she was involved in the development of the regional sustainable energy policies as well as initiatives on investment promotion and business development. PUTTRU is a product of many years of trying, refining and, now, creating a solution that works for both West African energy companies and investors.
