Biography

Based out of Johannesburg, Tom has the dual role of heading JLL’s Capital Markets and International Capital Coverage business lines for Sub-Saharan Africa. In the last 18 months, Tom has advised on over $500mn of completed transactions in Africa and sourced some $400mn of offshore transactions on behalf of South African listed property funds in Europe and Australia. Tom also advises on commercial real estate portfolio strategies to regional and international clients. Tom is a graduate of Oxford University and University College London. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. Tom speaks Russian and is an Australian and British citizen.
