Biography

Ralph Rossouw is a Charted, Professional Mining Engineer with 29 years of global mining operations and projects experience. His career includes executive roles with BHP, Rio Tinto, Anglo American and more recently has been CEO and Managing Director for companies like Vedanta Resources, Philex Mining Corporation and Zeehan Zinc. He has listing companies on global stock exchanges, raised more than $3 billion capital for projects, and championed improvement interventions resulting in 30% increase in margins through Operating Excellence, 20 Keys and Lean/Six Sigma, mainly in North America, West Africa, Australia, China and SE Asia.

Ralph is a Fellow of the SAIMM, CIM and AusIMM.
