Biography

Jaya Doomun has spent more than 12 years promoting Mauritius as an Investment and Business destination to the international business community. She is currently working as a Manager at the Economic Development Board and particularly involved in the development and promotion of the Mauritian Financial Services Sector.

Jaya Doomun started her career at DTOS Management Company whereby she was responsible for the administration and Management of a portfolio of Global Business Companies & Trust. She has also worked for the Financial Services Promotion Agency, a Mauritian Government agency responsible for promotion and development of Mauritius as an International Financial Centre.

Jaya hold a Masters degree in International Business and a BSC (Hons) in Economics and Management from the University of London.  She is also a certified mediator from Centre de Mediation et D’Arbitrage de Paris and MCCI Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
