Update as at 17th May 2020
Your health and safety is of the utmost priority to us. We do not want to contribute to the potential spread of Covid-19 into Africa and so in March 2020 we took the difficult decision to postpone AFSIC – Investing in Africa 2020 until 5-7 May 2021.
Next Steps
- We will offer all delegates who paid for AFSIC 2020 tickets equivalent complimentary tickets to AFSIC – Investing in Africa 2021;
- Our Investment Dashboard is already open for investors and companies seeking investment. This is a new addition to AFSIC, and we expect to see considerable development of the Dashboard in coming years. The aim is to facilitate inward investment into Africa’s most exciting companies. If you are not an institutional investor, investment banker or registering an investment proposition but are a lawyer or other service provider, we will be offering additional functionality to you during 2020 (watch this space);
- We are in the process of developing a new community website that will profile key business leaders in Africa, and Africa’s investment community. More details will be sent to you on this later.
We have been amazed to date by the strong support received from our confirmed sponsors and delegates, and want to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks for this support. As always working together we can mobilise substantial inward investment into Africa.
Best Regards,
Rupert McCammon,
Managing Director
