Biography

Yaw was born in Ghana, raised in South Africa. He qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC. After qualifying he joined the investment team of a South African quasi DFI called the National Empowerment Fund. After a few years in that role he joined the new business and investment banking solutions team of Standard Bank’s Corporate and Investment banking team in Cape Town, South Africa. After a few years of corporate he decided to try his hand at being an entrepreneur.
