“Ugonna is a seasoned advisor with over 8 years of experience in strategic consulting. As a consultant in PwC, Ugonna worked with clients across various industries, ranging from finance to technology, consumer goods, and public service.

In 2021, Ugonna embarked on a new chapter as the Advisory Lead at Stears, a role that perfectly aligned with her passion for empowering investors and decision-makers with accurate insights to navigate Africa’s opportunities.
She has helped global organizations identify untapped opportunities, risks, and areas of inefficiency, develop strategic plans, implement process improvements, and provide advice that drives informed decision-making. Her multidisciplinary exposure has given her a deep and comprehensive understanding of the complexities businesses face today.

Ugonna is a CPA and holds a Masters from Bryant University in Rhode Island.”
