Biography

Twaambo Hamusute is Chief Executive Officer of Zambian Home Loans, which he has led since inception. He has over 12 years’ experience in insurance, risk management and business development. Twaambo worked at Barclays Bank Zambia Plc, where he served in various senior management roles such as business development, strategy, bancassurance and consumer lending. Twaambo studied economics and statistics at the University of Zambia, and completed his postgraduate studies in actuarial science at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Twaambo’s ultimate goal is to position Zambia Home Loans as a leading mortgage player in Zambia.
