Biography

Terkuma Ivande serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Prado Power Limited, having over a decade of experience in the power sector. Previously, he advanced through the ranks to become the Station Manager of a gas turbine power plant. Recognizing the transformative potential of solar energy, Terkuma made a deliberate shift to the renewable energy sector, motivated by his belief in solar power’s ability to address Nigeria’s energy gap and meet the growing demand for sustainable power solutions.

Terkuma has effectively overseen the execution of numerous large-scale power generation projects throughout his career, including solar initiatives valued at over $25 million. His sound knowledge of the solar business, project financing, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics complements his technical expertise. With a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, he plays a key role in advancing Prado Power’s operations.

He holds a B.Eng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and is a professional member of the Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN)
