Biography

Over 23 years of progressive professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Direct Investments, Corporate Banking and Market Research.

Developed through my involvement in the execution of more than 80 transactions, including sell-side/buy-side M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, corporate-restructuring and bank financing in the Middle East, based in Cairo, Dubai and Kuwait. I was also involved in handling the management and value creation responsibility of over 90 portfolio companies across a wide range of sectors.

I was awarded under my leadership different high-profile international awards, mainly; Global Finance 2020 Best M&A Investment Bank in Middle East, Global Finance 2018 Best Investment Banking in Egypt and Mergermarket Middle East Consumer M&A Advisor of the year 2016.
