Biography

Mr. Abdel Aal has over 25 years of progressive professional experience in Corporate Banking, direct investments, private equities, investment banking and market research. Developed through his involvement in the execution of more than 90 transactions worth more than US$7 billion across the MENA region. He is currently Head of Country (Egypt) and Head of Regional M&A at Kamco Invest. He was previously the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Pharos Holding. He also worked at CIB, CI Capital, Dubai Islamic Bank, Ahli United Bank and Concord International Investment Group. Mr. Abdel Aal is an Independent Board Member for GlobalCorp, Carina Wear and ARDIC Developments. He is a member of Egyptian Capital Market Association and Egyptian Junior Businessmen Association.
