Biography

Seilaneng Godisang is a partner at Kelobang Godisang Attorneys (KGA), a boutique corporate law firm she co-founded. Seilaneng has more than 12 years’ experience as a corporate attorney and has worked in both private practice and financial institutions. Before founding KGA, she worked at Collins Newman & Company, as a Senior Associate in the firm’s corporate commercial division. She has also worked as an in-house counsel for both Stanbic Bank of Botswana and Barclays Bank of Botswana Limited. She holds an LL.B from University of Botswana and is currently an LLM candidate with the University of South Africa, specialising in Commercial Law. Seilaneng was admitted as an attorney of the courts of the Republic of Botswana in October 2006. Seilaneng acts for a number of blue chip companies, government parastatals and regulators.
