Biography

Rym Loucif is the founding partner of Loucif + Co, an independent boutique law firm based in Algiers (Algeria) and specialising in business law.

Prior to founding Loucif + Co, Rym Loucif practiced with American law firms in Paris (Willkie Farr and Gibson Dunn), as well as French law firms based in Algiers (Gide and LPA-CGR Avocats).

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Rym Loucif was educated in prestigious universities in Paris (Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris II) and in London (King’s College London).

Present in Algeria for the past ten years, Rym Loucif focuses on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, establishment of joint-ventures and in energy related-matters, on behalf of leading international groups.

Her deep knowledge of the Algerian business environment combined with her international vision allows her to provide her clients with a tailor-made advice adapted to the reality on the ground.
