Biography

Roland heads investments into sub-Saharan Africa for Mubadala Infrastructure Partners, the Abu Dhabi-based emerging market infrastructure fund manager. He has lived, worked and transacted in over 15 African countries; as a founding member of the first private equity infrastructure fund focused solely on SSA (ex South Africa); in the investment company he founded; and in a prior career in oil and gas exploration.
