Ralph is the co-founder and CEO of Paycode, a fintech company that provides biometric identity and low cost financial services in Africa’s deep-rural areas. He has worked in the IT sector for over 25 years, starting out as a programmer and system analyst and working in a variety of roles including consulting and directorships across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ralph has a special interest in financial analytics, business intelligence reporting and blockchain technology.
