Biography

“Nosa is a Partner at ENR Advisory, a specialist boutique energy and natural resources law firm that is substantially dedicated to a portfolio of clients operating in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the petroleum industry, electric power sector, solid minerals and infrastructure sectors. He regularly advises on project development in these sectors with focus on the contractual, financing, regulatory, policy and structural considerations that ensure the successful development of these projects.

His oil and gas project development experience includes several notable transactions such as legal support on the West African Gas Pipeline Company’s on its development of the Western Interconnection Project for the bi-directional injection and flow of gas on the pipeline, the financing and development of a ~$350m crude oil evacuation and export terminal project for evacuating stranded crude oil production from Nigeria’s Niger Delta region, the financing and development of a circa $1.5bn fertilizer and petrochemical complex comprising a 10,000 MT methanol plant and a 1 bscf/d gas processing plant and associated facilities, and a cross border gas pipeline project to backfill a brownfield LNG plant in Equatorial Guinea.

He holds a Law degree in Nigeria and an M.Sc. in Law and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London (2015). He is presently the Vice-Chairman of the Legal, Regulatory and Policy Study Group of the Nigerian Gas Association.”
