Nicholas is an Executive Director at Fincon Africa, a professional services firm offering Training, Consulting and Advisory support to mainly the financial services sector. Prior, he headed the Corporate Banking departments of I&M and UBA Banks in Uganda, having held Sales and Risk Management roles with African Banking groups including Stanbic, Absa and Ecobank. He has undertaken consulting assignments in the banking sector covering Retail Expansion, Credit Strategy, Business Development, Regulation and others.
