Nicholas Pascal is one of the leading lawyers working on corporate and finance mandates across the African continent. He has recently advised Smile Telecoms on the amendment, restatement and subsequent restructuring of its facilities using the Part 26A Restructuring Plan in England and Wales; advised Twiga Foods on its corporate finance requirements; advised the Egyptian government on each stage of the construction of the new administrative capital city for a project consideration of US$ 2 billion and worked with MFS Africa on its expansion plans.
