Biography

With Portsmouth Ltd. Co., Ned Rauch-Mannino leads strategic advisory services to better-position global markets engagement. He most recently served as deputy assistant secretary for global operations and senior adviser for global markets in the U.S. Department of Commerce, supporting U.S. competitiveness and reinforcing trade and investment across markets worldwide. Prior, he served as an adviser to the U.S. Agency for International Development, and was a secretariat member and co-chair for Prosper Africa. Previous roles include directing strategic initiatives with the Ridge Policy Group, LLC and managing economic development in the City of Philadelphia. He earned his master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University with field research in Kenya; with undergraduate degrees from Temple University.
